holding our Annual General Meeting on
April 6th, 2010.

                                                                                                                     The purpose(s) of this Society are: 
 

(a)    To organize, promote, develop and administer in a recreational capacity, the game of soccer for ladies in the City of Williams Lake and surrounding areas.  The territory over which the league has jurisdiction shall be the Williams Lake area of British Columbia. 

   

(b)    To take all such steps as are deemed necessary of advisable for infringements of the game or other improper methods or practices in the game and for protecting it form abuse.  
 

 

            The Association shall be operated without purpose of pecuniary gain to any of its members and any surplus of the Association shall be used solely for the purposes of the Association and the promotion of its objectives.
