I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CODE  TRACKING, WHAT NOW?                                

The company will send you the code via email, whatsapp  or SMS  so you can track your order.  
 

The deadline for sending the product and the tracking code is between 2 to 12 BUSINESS days after the  CONFIRMATION  of the payment received.

REMEMBERING WHAT BUSINESS DAYS ARE:  MONDAY - TUESDAY - WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY - FRIDAY

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED OR NOT?

 

All purchases are sent to your email, in which case you will certainly receive the approval of your order by the registered email, so it is very important to register the email correctly so that you do not have any problems with your order.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

The satisfaction of our customers is always paramount, so we seek to do everything to make the customer feel safe and satisfied.
 

If you want to cancel, you must inform the company 3 calendar days after the purchase has been made and the payment has been made, in this case, IF the product has not yet been shipped, we will return the product and cancel your order, if your order has already been SHIPPED. , you must wait for the receipt of your product, and send it to us.  


 

DO NOT DENY RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRODUCT, I WANT TO RETURN IT, HOW SHOULD I DO IT?

 

You have up to TWO (2) days after receiving the product to return it, in which case, you must contact our SUPPORT to proceed with the return, they will inform you what you must do in detail.  

Remembering that the product cannot have been violated, washed, used under any circumstances, and it will undergo an analysis.  You can return it if you don't like the product, if it has a defect, or if your order doesn't match what was ordered.

I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, HOW DO I DO IT?

 

To make an exchange, you must contact support. Remembering that we do not exchange products by SIZE . We exchange only for FACTORY damaged products, or in disagreement with what was requested.

MY TRACKING CODE DOESN'T WORK, NOW WHAT?

 

When you receive a tracking code it takes up to 72 hours to update and start  to inform the status, after this period it is not common for it not to work.


If your tracking code is not working even after 72 business hours, you must contact the support team so that they can inform you of the procedure for opening a ticket. 


The deadline for responding to a call is between 3 to 5 business days.
