DELIVERY DEADLINES

ALL DEADLINES FOR IMPORTS are subject to extensions or reductions, these deadlines are only informed estimates, based on the majority of orders delivered, that is, the deadline may take longer as well as it may arrive faster. To know our work methodology, click here   

VERY IMPORTANT : The products can take between  2-12 BUSINESS DAYS  after confirmation of payment of the order, to be SHIPPED both for  READY DELIVERY , how much for  IMPORT. 


When delays occur, they are usually due to the slow bureaucratic and inspection process of the Brazilian Customs.

3 -  The deadline for receiving your order is subject to possible delays due to weather conditions, airport traffic, postal strikes and other force majeure reasons.  

4 – ADDRESS: In order for the delivery of your order to occur in the shortest possible time and without unforeseen events, it is necessary to have  ATTENTION  when filling in the delivery address, as  We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete filling of the delivery address at the time of registration .

5 – It is very important to have people able to receive the order at your home, because if there is no one at the given address, after 3 (three) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Post Office will return your order to the country of origin. In this case, the return of the product will have an additional shipping cost that must be paid by the customer.  

If it is not possible to have someone at home to receive the order, it is advisable to inform your work address as the delivery address.

6 - The customer when making a purchase in the Store  WL Soccer  You should be aware that you can receive your order in a shorter period than the informed one, as well as you can receive it in a longer period than the informed one, due to the import process.

7 - As it is an import, orders are subject to customs taxes, the payment of which is the customer's responsibility, and the WL Soccer store is totally exempt from the obligation to refund this amount to the buyer.

8- It is perfectly normal that some orders have tracking codes that will take time to update in the system, therefore, you must wait for the update, which after receipt will appear within 72 hours for the code to be published in the postal flow, after this period , if your code is still not working, contact our support team to open a call, this call has a response time between 3 to 5 business days after the opening date, this being an internal procedure, the customer will receive a protocol of the opening of the ticket, this protocol can be consulted with our support team throughout the process.  

In some cases, the problem will not be solved within 3 to 5 working days, and the customer will be informed at all times about the exceeding deadlines.  

The MAXIMUM deadline for delivery is 120 days , after this period the orders will be considered lost and the customer will have the option of sending the product again. Unfortunately, we are subject to this type of problem, considering that our company does not deliver, but we hire an outsourced company. Under no circumstances will the customer have any loss when purchasing on our site.  

 

If your order does not arrive within 120 days (5 months) after the postage date, you must contact the store's SAC, so that we can open a claim with the Post Office so that an investigation of the possibility of loss can be initiated. of your package.

As soon as we are officially informed that your order has been lost by sending the protocol number by the Post Office, the WL Soccer store will ask the supplier to resend the product or if it is out of stock, the customer can choose another product available in our store.


If the product is lost to the WL Soccer Store, you will place a new order for the product, and the delivery period will start to be counted from the new postage date.


NOTE: THE PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED LOST ONLY AFTER CONFIRMATION BY THE POST OFFICE THROUGH STANDARD DOCUMENTATION.


THIS IS NECESSARY TO AVOID UNNECESSARY RE-SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID AND THE CUSTOMER ENDING UP TO RECEIVE THE ORDER TWICE.

TAXATION:

1 - If your order is taxed (unusual situation), the amount of the fee is the sole responsibility of the customer who purchased the product, and the store is not responsible for the refund of such fee to the customer. Unless the customer has chosen the PURCHASE PROTECTION mode (see more in the order insurance section)

2 - Products taxed by customs are left in the post office awaiting their removal. Track your order through the tracking number provided, as products that are not picked up will be returned to the sender.

ATTENTION: All purchases made in the period from SEPTEMBER to FEBRUARY will be subject to a longer delivery period due to the INCREASE in the internal demand of the POST OFFICE and the FEDERAL REVENUE OF BRAZIL (CUSTOMS), this information is valid only for  IMPORTS

Due to the impossibility of predicting an exact date for the delivery of orders, Intermediadora de Importação WL Soccer, under no circumstances will be responsible for the delivery of products, before the date of specific events (Wedding, Anniversary, Graduation, etc.), since the process of  IMPORT  depends on several variables, the main one being the release of the product at the Brazilian Customs, in whose work we cannot interfere because it is a service provided by the Federal Government.

OBS.: If the ordered product is out of stock, and the customer chooses to send another product to replace the previous one, this process will require a little more time and the delivery period will be longer than that informed above, as it will be necessary order the product from another supplier who will also need a specific time to process the order.

It is necessary to have PATIENCE when deciding to make an import, which due to the great distance between countries, is a complex process involving many variables and difficult logistics, being very different from the process of sending national orders.

NOTE: If the products have already been shipped and unjustified payment cancellation by the customer occurs, the customer will be legally sued. Unjustified payment cancellation is understood to be one that occurs without the buyer having been harmed, and the store has acted in full accordance with its Sales Policy.
